    7 workshops offered by professionals in business development and e-commerce within the Virtual Small and Medium Enterprises 2020 Forum

    Under the slogan of the e-commerce week, which is held within the activities of the Small and Medium Enterprises Virtual Forum 2020 organized by the Asharqia Chamber with the generous patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Chamber holds a number of virtual workshops in which specialists in Management and development of e-commerce and business, during the period from 1 to 4 November 2020.

    The Chairman of the Business Youth Council in the Asharqia Chamber, Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Farraj, said that the forum, until the desired benefit circle is completed, will include specialized workshops that will review the most important requirements for business development, especially with regard to the technology and e-commerce aspect. The first work, entitled Electronic Payment Solutions, is from 3:30 pm to 4.30 pm, and on the same day, the CEO of (Perpetual)Ahmed Al-Masaari, will present a workshop entitled Electronic Marketing Steps from 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm.​

    On the second day, Monday, November 2, specialist Barry Moltz participates in a workshop entitled Reimagining The Future from 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm, and on the same day specialist, Barrett Ersek presents a workshop entitled Unlock Innovation In Your Company from 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
    On the third day of the e-commerce week, corresponding to Tuesday, November 3, Abdulaziz Al-Hammadi from the Technical Transformation Company will present a workshop entitled: Fundamentals of Technology and Software, from 3:30 pm to 4.30 pm, and on the same day, the Marketing Director of the (Zed) platform, Nawwaf Al-Darrab, presents a workshop entitled Transformation for E-Commerce From 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
    On the fourth day of the E-Commerce Week, corresponding to Wednesday, November 4, Abdulaziz Pasha, an electronic commerce specialist, will present a workshop entitled The Basics of Passive Income from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
    Al-Faraj stated that the workshops confirm the forum’s endeavor towards achieving its goals, which include spreading awareness of the importance of e-commerce and technology among the owners of small and medium enterprises in the Kingdom in general and in the Eastern Region in particular. And benefit from the distinguished and pioneering global experiences in the field of technology and e-commerce in support of small and medium enterprises.
    Al-Farraj explained that the forum’s activities seek to identify the best economic sectors in which to transform e-commerce and technology by small and medium enterprises, discuss ways to support them, present the concept of technology transformation for small and medium enterprises as a strategic option, and develop the skills of owners of small and medium-sized enterprises in terms of administrative, technical and technical skills.​
    It is noteworthy that the forum discusses within its scientific program the role of potential and financed entities in the growth and sustainability of small and medium enterprises, and reviews promising investment opportunities in the e-commerce sector, supply chains, and logistics services for technical projects. Seeking to create a competitive environment to encourage entrepreneurs and owners of small and medium enterprises to take the initiative, and work to educate young businessmen and women, and to urge them to present their ideas and take the initiative in it.
